Every month I write a letter to the Missoulian newspaper.
Usually it goes up around the beginning of the month but I waited a bit this time.
Why?
Because I wanted to get my letter out closer to the date that absentee ballots go out.
Yep, this is a candidate letter targeting voters in HD 99.
