Different rules apply to the woke mob.
What we saw in Louisville last night tells us two things: it’s not alright for police to shoot at black people shooting at them...but it is alright for black people to shoot at police that aren’t shooting at them.
Confused?
Let me put it another way: if you’re a white cop, you can’t shoot a black person. But if you’re a black person, you can shoot a white cop.
That’s the logic of Black Lives Matter...that’s the kind of mindset these ‘peaceful protesters’ have.
People are going crazy, and months and months of lockdowns have not helped with that. It’s made the situation in this country worse.
Closer to home, usually-sane people are losing it fast.
Consider James Conner up in the Flathead. For years he was quite a moderate, reasonable voice.
Ever since his health took a turn for the worse, however, he’s become a knee-jerk paranoid, scared of every shadow lurking around the corner...whether real or imagined.
Conner is in favor of publicly naming every person that tests positive for the Coronavirus, but that’s not all - he also wants to equip “all persons who have tested positive or are in quarantine with an GPS tracker emitting location signals that would show up as bright red dots on a smartphone app so that the places those people are could be avoided.”
Why not just attach a bright red letter ‘C’ to my breast while we’re at it, James?
Why not send me off to a special camp for the infected?
Because I think that’s where we’ll be heading soon, especially when a vaccine comes along.
Even though 60% of Americans don’t want to take it, I suspect the deep state will make it mandatory.
And if you still refuse? You probably won’t be able to shop at certain stores, get certain jobs, get a driver’s license, fly on planes, and lots of other ‘freedoms’ we take for granted.
The country you grew up in is gone.
The good news is that the left-leaning crackpots are quickly becoming a minority in this state, especially with the huge influx of transplants.
Check out this article by Brandon Smith, a realtor who’s seeing a lot of out-of-staters move here...and most of them are conservative.
He mentions all the out-of-state kids that are now in our schools, such as the 95 new students in Whitefish:
“In my state of Montana real estate purchases have surged over the past year. Recent data on school enrollment numbers are up 15% - 20% in cities like Missoula. This includes new students in public schools as well as those registered for homeschooling, and it's a massive spike for the region. The majority of new students are recent transplants from other states. I have spoken with hundreds of these people personally and ALL of them said they were moving to Montana because they were conservative, many of them were preppers and many of them wanted to be around other conservatives in the event that the world continues on its current downward spiral.
They do sometimes mention the coronavirus situation, but they generally are not worried about the virus itself. Rather, they are concerned about the virus RESPONSE. Meaning, they want to retain their freedoms, they do not like the draconian restrictions put in place in their former states and they are trying to escape the business lockdowns that are killing local economies.”
I took a drive from Missoula to Drummond and back yesterday. I cannot begin to tell you the number of Washington, California, and Oregon license plates that I saw over that 45-mile stretch...as well as quite a few Florida, New Jersey and a couple other eastern states.
People are sick of it, and it ain’t the virus. They’re coming to where they can ride out what’s coming...and places like Idaho and Montana are seeing an influx, and any hopes that the Dems might have had of seeing this state go ‘purple’ should be dispensed with for good.
Nationally, Dems are losing it fast over this Supreme Court nomination. Now there’s actually serious talk of packing the court should the Dems take the White House next year.
I think that’s a terrible idea, and I think many on both sides of the aisle agree.
People are losing it and losing it fast and they’re gonna lose about all they got left by the time the election rolls around.
It’s already a given that there’ll be riots in the streets in dozens of major cities across the nation - the media is telling us this.
They're telling us it's only going to get worse. Why...why would they say that? What do they know that we do not?
I’m afraid this is what we’re heading for...this is what it’s most likely going to look like after the election.
