Big Sky Words will be standing down until July 5th.
Yeah…I know – we have so much to talk about.
Like Kathleen Williams, who I’m hearing was born in San Francisco. An ‘F’ rating from the NRA. A reliable liberal vote in the legislature. So outside of the mainstream of Montana politics that I have no idea how she can win.
Then there’s Gianforte. Been dodging the public and announcing public events after the fact. Hoping to skate by on the fact that Montana leans red. Hoping that most people aren’t paying attention. I don’t think they are.
We have Tester and Rosendale. Reminds me of Trump and Hillary – no matter who wins, we’ll all lose. I hope Steve Kelly can stay on the ballot so I can cast a vote I won’t regret later.
Don’t get me started on Missoula and its local government. Montana’s playground for the rich…second only to Bozeman and Big Sky and Paradise Valley and Whitefish and…gosh, how’d we get so many?
And Steve Bullock. Running for president and going to all the right places. You’re not paying for it as he has a national PAC to do that. What accomplishments he hopes to point to are beyond me. Maybe he’ll earn some in the 2019 Legislature. Yeah, right.
Oh, what’s happened to this country? It started 242 years ago. I wonder what Jefferson and Adams would think. Both died 192 years ago. I think they’d be sick of us, and what we’ve become.
