Here…take a look:
Now let me show you another image…one of the Tom Woods meet-and-greet last week:
See the problem?
Die-hard Dems will go out at noon and complain about something they can do nothing about, but when it comes to meeting someone that can do something about it, they stay home.
70,000 people in Missoula, but just half of them vote, and when we get a rally, just a few dozen show up.
All of the people that showed up voted last year. They voted Democratic. And they didn’t get their way.
It’s because most people in Missoula don’t give a shit about them or their ideas. They sure as shit don’t care about the tax cut.
Oh, they might complain a bit and say it’s not going to help them…but then they go home and watch TV and forget about it.
If it had an impact on their life, they’d be up in arms. But it’s not impacting them.
Again, look at that image of the rally.
Bunch of old people. Bunch of people that vote. Bunch of people that don’t work at noon.
The people in that image are some of the most informed and involved out there. Despite that, they can’t get their way.
They don’t have the president they want, the congress they want, or the Supreme Court that they want.
Worse, they show no signs of getting what they want. They actually think that having a noon-time rally with a few dozen people will get them what they want.
Talk about clueless.
Die-hards like this can’t see the forest for the trees. They think the issues they care about are the issues that the majority of Americans care about.
That simply isn’t true.
Instead of thinking about this, however, the die-hards dig in their heels and ramp up their not-working-message.
They think, ‘if it’s not working…just increase the effort and it will work.’
That’s why nothing has changed since the 2016 election, and the same losing strategy will be deployed going into the 2018 elections.
Dems actually think they can take back the House or Senate.
How exactly are you supposed to deal with delusions like that?
I’m not sure, but based on what I’ve seen from America…just smile and nod and walk away as fast as you can.
So many have walked away from the Democrats’ brand of politics that you’d think the Dems would say, ‘Whoa…let’s stop and think about changing course.’
Instead they plow on blindly, and wonder why no one shows up to their rallies.
It’s because no one cares, about you or your message. Didn’t care in 2016, don’t care today, and sure as well won’t care in 2018.
We’re still a ways from rock-bottom. Maybe when Dems get there they’ll hit their head hard enough to knock some sense into them.
Until then, enjoy GOP America!
