I think they did, but they thought they could get away with it.
And really...they did. Who else is calling them out on this fake news but some lowly blogger?

Here’s the story:
NBC Montana reporter Maritsa Georgiou sent out a tweet on Monday night speculating that President Trump might come to Montana for a rally.
Then the next day she herself writes a story entitled, “Tweets hint at Montana Trump rally”.
What were these tweets exactly?
Well, none other than Maritsa’s own tweet from the day before speculating on such.
