Oh, Republicans will howl and gnash their teeth and perhaps even piss themselves in some instances. But that base’ll be fired up, oh yeah, that Democratic base will be fired up big time…and right before the Montana Democratic Party unleashes its army of campaign volunteers.
It’d have to be Missoula or Bozeman, I figure. The best day would be Monday, November 3…the day before the election. We could get Michelle Obama into either the Adams Center or whatever they have at MSU in Bozeman.
I’d like to see her talk about women’s issues.
I’m sure Michelle Obama and Amanda Curtis could talk more about the issues confronting women today in American and Montana than I can, and they’ll do a better job.
It might sound a little silly to some, but Michelle Obama has been on the campaign trail this year, and that’s mainly because her husband has been staying home so much.
Hell, I’ll ask it – would Barack Obama coming to Montana to campaign for Amanda Curtis be a good idea?

- More women are going to college today than men, and yet they still lag behind men in pay, just $0.67 to $0.77 for every $1 a man gets.
- You’re telling me that more women hold degrees than men – or at least will – yet we still pay them less?
- And yet when those women get to college in America and in Montana today, they have a good chance of suffering some kind of sexual abuse…maybe even rape.
