I’m not getting a raise, I’m not getting a salary boost, and I’m not getting more hours at either of my part-time jobs.
Where is an extra $250 a month supposed to come from?
Democrats can’t answer this, and that’s why I don’t support Obamacare. I will not apologize for that, because I will never apologize for supporting policies that help working families as opposed to hurting them.
And let’s be frank here – when the vast majority of families in America go without healthcare each year and they’re fine, how does this help them? How does losing more money out of their already-empty pockets help them? It doesn’t, and I’ll explain this below. Do I expect you to believe me? No, you drank the Kool-Aid, I don’t expect you to believe anything but innuendo and lies.
That’s why I plan to sign-up for Obamacare – because I’m stupid, America hasn’t given me a choice, and (don’t ask me why) I need to prop up America’s insurance companies with whatever meager savings I’m able to scrape together each month…you know, money that I could have saved for a better life.
Gee, thanks.
Insurance companies are evil and they don’t care about America. I want to say that now, and if that offends you, please go away from this site and don’t come back, because I believe that wholeheartedly, to my bones. They help themselves, few others.
Sorry, I don’t buy Democratic bullshit and I don’t pander to rich folks. Obamacare helps me not at all. Going to the emergency room and having rich fat cats that don’t give a fuck about this country pay for me, that helps me, that helps me just fine.
Remember, you’ve said repeatedly how little you care about me, and you’ve done this through your actions (stagnant wages, no upward mobility, student loan debt higher than any other debts) so Wall Street banker, why should I give a fuck about you?
I shouldn’t, and I don’t. Reciprocity.
Now, where the hell am I supposed to come up with $328.69 more a month? Can you tell me that?
Or did my wages just go up, did my salary increase, or did I get that raise boosting me from deep poverty to semi-poverty?
Don’t be an idiot – I’m not signing-up for this. I can’t afford it and where the hell would I come up with $4,200 if I got sick or hurt? I wouldn’t be able to come up with that because there’s no jobs in Montana that I can get that will pay me enough money to save that amount of money up.
Yep, I’ll be sucking the corporate cock each month, spitting my $20 out to them for the rest of my life.
Debt matters – ask any poverty-ridden household. But then you have to figure that this statement is exactly correct. Debt matters a lot to huge corporations and health care companies – they need those monthly payments to survive.
If Americans didn't have medical debt, this country would fall apart…or at least they’ll make you think it will. We both know your life fell apart a long time ago, so there’s no sense in letting rich people scare you with their worries.
If society crumbled tomorrow, you’d be fine…it’s those that rely on your handouts that would be fucked.
Obamacare Deductibles
Here’s a look at that:
So this plan that costs $238.13 a month is what we’ll probably get. That means we have a $500 deductible.
So that’s $238.13 less that we can put into our local economy each month. We won’t be making any large purchases like a car or a house, and we won’t be saving for college for our kid.
Oh, we could get another part-time job to pay for this travesty, but gosh, that just proves the Republican’s point – this limits freedom.
But it’s my duty, to ensure my family is healthy. Why? This is a new idea in America – for more than 200 years we didn’t care about this…why do we now?
Because it hurts the bottom line of corporations. So to fix that we’ll hurt the bottom line of our citizens.
This country is fucked-up, and don’t expect it to change. Democrats support Obamcare in Montana 110%, and they’re wrong.
This policy hurts working families, it hurts what working class and middle class we have left, and it only makes corporations stronger, corporations that drive our people into the ground.
